HOW TO USE 

After cleansing, toning and applying treatment products, dispense the gel into the palm. Smooth or pat over skin, until fully absorbed. Follow with SPF during the day and use it as the last skincare step at night.

• What is the suitable skin type for this moisturiser?

  Formulated with gel texture and a balanced of moisturising and hydrating ingredients, it is ideal for all skin types, even sensitive skin as it contains soothing ingredients as well.

• How often should I apply DEM?

  Twice a day in the morning and at night is good enough for all skin types. But if your skin is dry and needing an extra layer of moisturiser, you may apply to give your skin an extra hydration hit through the night.

• Is it safe to combine with other skincare products?

  DEM has skin-loving and friendly ingredients that enable you to mix or layer with other ingredients including actives like retinol, AHA, BHA and more. Additionally, DEM contains soothing ingredients that may reduce any drying, itching side effects caused by those mentioned ingredients.

• Is it comedogenic?

  DEM does not contain any pore clogging ingredients hence it can be considered non-comedogenic. Moreover, it has many acne-fighting ingredients like Centella asiatica, niacinamide, spirulina maxima extract that can reduce the appearance of acne and blemishes.

• Does vitamin C in DEM cause purging?

  Purging is the skin's reaction to a specific active ingredient that triggers cell turnover, causing your skin to exfoliate and bring congestion to the surface including premature acne becoming mature and appearing faster than it should be. Although DEM contains an active ingredient which is Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, it has a little to no risk of purging since it’s a stable, less potent, and gentle derivative of Vitamin C. Moreover, the percentage is insignificant for it to cause such reaction. However, if there is such an occurrence, you may continue the usage as it will take 21 days for new skin to appear.
