Medusa is a ring Manuel dedicates to the artist who most influenced him over the years, an inexhaustible source of technicality, intuitive brilliance and emotion: Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio.

The "Painter of Light" (or darkness!) is a milestone for Manuel, a virtual mentor.

The ring is made of 925 Sterling Silver with a double finish, burnished and polished for the ring body and matte antiqued for Medusa's face. The side decorations recall Manuel Bozzi's famous Cesellato, which not surprisingly is modeled with two demons in bas-relief. It is said of Caravaggio that his soul was indeed "damned."
