"Sherry cask maturation takes me back to when I was first exploring whisky, experiencing its dark, oily, and rich flavours. It was a joy to explore the intricate tastes of fruit cake, chocolate, orange, and rich spices.

Berry Bros. & Rudd is Britain's oldest wine and spirit merchant, founded in 1698 as a grocery by Widow Bourne at No. 3 St James's Street, London.
