No one has ever claimed a Gemini is subtle, so naturally this medallion takes the classic astrological symbol and cranks it up a notch with two-tone gold and a balanced quartet of wee diamonds in a textured finish to catch the light. 

Very good vintage condition with wear in line with previous use. c1990s. Originally manufactured in the UK.
