The Jack Ratt Lugger Spiced Rum is based around the historic part of the UK where the winery is located and the chronicles of the notorious smuggler, Jack Rattenbury.

Award-winning in both liquid and design, the Lugger Spiced Rum reflects the character of its namesake. Unlike most commercial spiced rums, the Lugger Rum is not defined by an overpowering vanilla characteristic.

Instead, it offers a full spice profile on the palate, which is why it is Caribbean rum aged in bourbon-charred oak barrels at the Devon winery. Once it has been aged to perfection, it is spiced with a blend of nutmeg, cloves, orange peel and a hint of vanilla.
