Carefully selected and cooked, these small wild mackerels are caught in the Atlantic Ocean. Then Olive oil is added in order to preserve the mackerels and the flavor of the EVO.

Small Mackerels are a very difficult product to obtain, since it comes from inshore fishing on the Atlantic coast. Real Conservera buys the product in the Galician markets during the campaign of March and June.

Between sardines and garfish, mackerels, it is the one with the most intense flavor and firmness, which makes it an excellent gourmet preserve.
