Frame Type: 1.25" security profile snap-open frame kit. Rounded security design makes the frame very difficult to open without tools. Optional Torx screw deterrent is available at extra cost; request a quote.

What’s included:

Installation: Mount using self-tapping screws, bolts, or rivets suited to your surface. For high-speed applications, use a continuous bead of silicone or weather stripping around the frame to help prevent insert blow-out.

Frame size (ID vs OD): Order by insert size (ID) using the SIZE dropdown. Example: a 48" × 24" frame order is for a 48" × 24" insert. The actual outside frame size (OD) is 1.75" larger in both width and height, so a 48" × 24" insert uses a 49.75" × 25.75" frame OD.

Pricing & quantities: Frame cost is based on size and quantity. For quantities greater than 6 request a quote for discounted price tier. Prices shown are trade-level and may be out of date; a formal quote will show current cost.

Sectioned frames & shipping: Frames ship unassembled in sections to reduce shipping cost. Frames longer than 48" are cut and supplied with easy joiners. If you prefer no cuts, reply to your order confirmation to request full-length pieces; additional shipping charges will apply, even if the order would otherwise qualify for free shipping.

Lead time: Typical production time is 4–6 business days for up to 600 frames.
