This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful cool climate expression of its Great Southern terroir, showcasing the bright acidity and fruit-driven character typical of this blend. 

Aromas of freshly cut grass and citrus blossom dance playfully on the nose, followed by zesty notes of lemon, lime and tropical fruits, delicately complemented by a subtle herbal undertone. 

Peach and nectarine characters are expertly interwoven with a grassy herbaceousness that effortlessly captivates the palate with a wonderful balance of flavours, finishing with a
crunchy acidity.
