Exactly pre-weighed tablets for convenient and rapid preparation of phosphate buffered salt solution (SSPE).

SSPE is frequently used for Southern- and Northern hybridisations, as well as for washing steps during Microarray techniques. ROTI^®Fair SSPE may also be used very well in imunocytochemistry and for cell suspension prior to FACS analyses.

Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,22 µm) or autoclaving. For long-term storage, buffer solution should be kept at +4 °C.
