An original solid oak school desk and chair. Not so long ago these desks would have been found in long rows and columns in large classrooms. Usually, the desk can be moved forwards or back by around 15cm the optimal working distance.

Notice all the original markings including the stains - school life when learning to use a fountain pen was a thing! A lovely patina.
