Armstrong Performance Foil Mast

These masts are designed with a mast rake angle. This fine tunes the board angle relative to the foil for a more comfortable and forgiving ride. It does not change the lifting force or balance of the foil itself, and it does not impact the foil’s “foot pressure” bias front or back. Board rocker also directly determines effective mast rake – boards from different brands have a variety of different rocker lines which influence rake angle – and more rocker in the rear half of board effectively increases mast rake. The 1 degree of rake Armstrong has placed specifically into the top of the Performance Mast shape provides three main benefits by adjusting the board relative to the foil underwater:

The flex you can feel in the system comes from the carbon/titanium fuselage itself and our tapered Reactive Flex Mast construction, which is at the heart of the smooth flowing Armstrong feeling.

Surf 205 Stabilizer

Responsiveness with good primary stability is confidence inspiring when progressing your foiling skills, which is why the Surf 205 is all about balanced performance to help you take your riding further. Its mid aspect outline with a subtle gull wing rondure is pitch stable and recovers well from ventilation during breaches. The foil section is high camber for a good bottom end, but not too thick to limit top speed. The Surf 205 is a fantastic next step in your wing or surf foiling.

The Noah Flegel Pro Foil Board, crafted in collaboration with champion wake and tow foiler Noah Flegel, combines the best features of Armstrong’s SURF and WKT MK II boards. Its refined shape, including sharper rear chines and a squash tail, offers powerful pop, smooth release, and easy takeoff. The innovative Dual Carbon Stringer System enhances rigidity and responsiveness, while the lightweight construction ensures durability without added bulk. Designed for riders of all levels, this versatile board excels behind boats or in waves, making it ideal for progressing skills and exploring new waters worldwide. It includes a custom carry bag for convenience.

Inspired by Noah Flegel’s vision, it features sharper rear chines and a squash tail for precise carving, along with a pronounced double concave bottom that delivers strong pop and smooth release. Its carefully distributed volume ensures easy takeoff and jump recovery. Thinner than the SURF board, it shortens the distance to the foil without sacrificing strength. This board simplifies getting up on the foil, making it ideal for beginners and experienced riders aiming to ride behind boats or catch waves worldwide.

The Armstrong Noah Flegel Pro Foil Board features an advanced i-beam Dual Carbon Stringer System that secures the in-house carbon fiber foil track box, running through the board’s midpoint up to the deck. This design enhances structural rigidity, boosts responsiveness in all directions (pitch, yaw, and roll), and improves torque transfer to the mast and foil. The board’s slim profile reduces the distance between rider and foil without sacrificing strength or weight. Its deckpad, made from EVA foam with micro-cutouts, offers excellent grip for strapless riding, while the rear section includes a full-width surf-style kickpad with markings for foil track placement and diamond traction bumps for powerful turns. Laser-cut holes provide easy access to footstrap inserts.

The board is constructed with a foam core encased in a rigid double-layer carbon fiber and PVC sandwich for exceptional strength. Its i-beam Dual Carbon Stringer System secures the in-house carbon fiber foil track box, extending through the board’s midpoint to the deck. Extra carbon fiber layers are strategically applied around the foil track box and key weight-bearing areas on the deck to enhance impact resistance and durability. Additional PVC reinforcement around the nose, tail, and rails helps protect against dings, ensuring the board withstands intense use.
