Directions: Fasten hook and loop closure of the base strap around forearm just below the crease in your elbow. Do not place directly on the point of pain. Secure the tubular strap to a comfortable, snug fit centered over the affected tendon area; readjust as necessary. Do not over-tighten. Care: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
