- Very helpful when using a counterflow or plate chiller to read the temperature of your wort going into the fermenter.
- Made of heat-treated highly corrosion resistant aluminum.
- Reads from 14° to 31° Celsius (58°F - 88°F), and has 12.7 mm (1/2") in and out posts.
- Measures 203 mm (8") total length.
- Clean with mild detergent only, using warm (no hotter than 60 degrees celsius) water.
- Do not soak in the same bucket as other metals, as this could result in galvanic corrosion to the aluminum.
- After use, dry thoroughly and store in the protective plastic tube
