The Adastra BHV Series IP44 100V Background Speaker is a weather-resistant 2-way speaker built for reliable background music and public address in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Rated IP44, this 6" white speaker handles exposure to dust and water splashing, making it well suited to patios, covered outdoor areas, leisure facilities, retail spaces, and commercial installations where the environment demands a more robust solution.

It operates on a 100V line system for flexible multi-speaker setups across a single amplifier, but can also be used as a standard 16 Ohm speaker where required. The rotary volume tapping switch allows individual level control per speaker, with tappings at 40W, 20W, 10W, and 10W. A protective cover keeps the tapping switch and spring terminals safe from the elements and accidental contact.
