Old Pine Carved Bust of Sober Looking Man in Coat and TieI was thinking this guy would be good illuminated by the folk art lamp with pin up girls I just listed, as perhaps they might cheer him up a bit! I'm not sure if he was meant to represent a president I'm not recognizing, or a bureaucrat, or who, but he definitely has an officialness about him! Carved of pine. 3 3 4" t x 1 3 4" w x 2" d and in good condition with a great patina; there is a scatter of little surface marks on one short side as documented.
