The MOXI SelectAir® MAX is an advanced therapeutic mattress designed to keep patients upto 500 lbs weight limit comfortable, supported, and healing faster. Using true low-air-loss technology, it gently circulates air beneath the body to keep skin cool and dry, while its intelligent Auto Comfort system automatically adjusts to each person’s weight and position.

With Pulsation therapy (Alternating Pressure) the mattress continually relieves pressure on sensitive areas, improves circulation, and helps prevent or treat wounds.

The result is a more personalized, restful, and restorative care experience ideal for patients who need continuous comfort and precise, medical-grade support.

Key Therapy Functions

• Utilizes three pulsation cycle options, to continuously vary internal pressure for comfort and tissue protection.

  • Low: 20% pressure change every 15 minutes

  • Medium: 20% pressure change every 7 minutes

  • High: 20% pressure change every 1 minute

• True Low Air Loss Technology: Zoned airflow continuously releases air through the top layer to help manage patient moisture and temperature.

• Auto Comfort Mode: Automatically calibrates pressure levels according to the patient’s weight and position, removing the need for manual adjustments.

• System Lock: Prevents accidental setting changes and automatically resets after a power interruption
