Shilajit Extract by Swanson is a dietary supplement containing standardized shilajit extract.

Ingredients in a daily portion  (1 capsule)

Shilajit extract (Mumio) /    400 mg

(standardized to 5% fulvic acid /    (20 mg)

Ingredients:  Shilajit, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  One capsule daily with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
