Submission of a recorded 1-hr Essentrics class video. The live in-person and virtual exam options are not available for this evaluation.

EXAM SUBMISSION STEPS 

Upon payment completion you will receive two emails:  

One email to confirm successful payment and the second email with instructions on how to proceed for your class assessment submission as detailed in your Class Assessment Guideline.

CLASS ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS  

Practical Evaluation: Recorded 1-hr Essentrics® class 

A recorded video submission of a one-hour full-body rebalancing Essentrics class demonstrating an understanding and appropriate use of techniques, objectives, imagery, tempo, modifications, anatomy, class flow and confidence that is expected from a Level 4 instructor. A simple breakdown of the workout with the provided template is required. Instructor’s choice of class structure with a target demographic that reflects chosen certification track.
