This is an unused German postal stationery reply card issued during the late 19th to early 20th century, denominated 10 Pfennig in carmine red. The design features the German Imperial Eagle within an ornate frame, inscribed "Reichspost" at the top. The heading includes "Postkarte – Antwort" (Reply Postcard) and multilingual text referencing the Universal Postal Union (UPU) regulations, allowing international use. The border is printed in red with a neat geometric frame. On the reverse, the card is plain, typical of unused issues. Reply cards like this were pre-paid for return correspondence, an important element of postal history.
