Sizing tip: If your dog’s neck measurement falls at the very end of a size range, please size up. (Example: if your dog’s neck is exactly 18", choose size 18-20". If it's 17.5", 16-18" is still the right fit.)

Standard Collar Width by Size:

• 8-10", 10-12", 12-14" → 3/4"

• 14-16", 16-18", 18-20" → 1 3/8"

• 20-22", 22-24" → 1.5"

6. Can I request a different width or leather color?
Yes! If you'd prefer black leather or a different width for your collar, include that in your reply to the order confirmation email. We’ll let you know if it’s possible.

7. What name length can I add to my dog’s collar?
Letter limits vary by collar size:

• 8–10" & 10–12": 4 letters max

• 12-14" & 14–16": 6 letters

• 16–18": 8 letters

• 18–20": 9 letters

• 20–22": 10 letters

• 22–24": 11 letters

• 24–26": 12 letters

8. What if my dog’s neck size is between two sizes?
If your dog’s neck measures near the upper end of a size range, we recommend sizing up. (Example: 17.5" neck → choose size 16–18")

Because each collar is custom-made with your dog’s name, all personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products. Please double-check your dog’s neck size and the spelling of their name before confirming your order. Order can't be cancelled if production on the collar has started.
