He has been intrinsic to the progress of the natural wine movement, & was one of the first to introduce biodynamic winemaking to the UK. He makes exceptional wines with integrity.

Food Pairing: Like all wine, try to pair with foods that come from the same terroir - that grown in the same soil. Think cheeses from cows whose pastures sit close by to Sussex. Fruits & vegetables that grow seasonally in the county. It's an easy cheat - same earth, great pairing.
