One sachet will make 9.5 Litres given that you add the other ingredients listed in the sections below.

Citrus packed, and bitter to boot. This Australian Classic will quench your thirst.

Simply make to around 5% ABV with your chosen alcohol base.

Or make Non-Alcoholic as a cordial base. See recipe directions below for other parts you'll need to add to get the flavour right.

Mix up a 19 Litre Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size 9.5 Litre Ball Lock Keg of the Australian classic Bickford's inspired Lemon, Lime & Angostura Bitters at home with ease.

Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

Recipe List:

Lemon, Lime & Bitters 19 Litre Ready To Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.0%)

Required:

2 x Impressence - Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL

2 x Impressence - FermStop - 50mL

650g of Sugar.

Vodka (distilled alcohol).

Recipe Instructions:

2 Litres of Boiling to Hot water to your keg

add 650 gm of Sugar and swirl around until dissolved

Add your vodka (distilled alcohol) to the keg.

Add 2 x Impressence Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL

Top up to 19 Litres with water then and add 2 x FermStop sachet. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water).

Mix Keg Contents Well.

Carbonate to 2.4 to 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).[KegLand Recommendation 12psi at 2°C]

325 gm of Sugar
