M&S Classics Crémant De Bourgogne Brut is a sparkling, fizzy French white wine, with flavours of peach blossom, apricot and redcurrants. Made by Sébastien Sauvageot, using the traditional method, from carefully selected Pinot Noir, Aligoté, Chardonnay and Gamay grapes, ageing in bottle to give a fine mousse. This dry wine can be served with canapés, smoked salmon or goat's cheese.
