Lactzym contains active ingredient lactase enzyme in sufficient dose to help digest lactose in milk or dairy products, hence it is useful for patients who suffer from symptoms of lactose intolerance. It does not contain any animal ingredients.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Children (2-12 years old): Swallow 1 tablet with 100ml of liquid three times daily before meal. For children you may want to crush the tablet in a little bit of water.
• Adult: Swallow 1-2 tablets with 100ml of liquid three times daily before meal.
• Lactzym remains in your digestive system for about one hour.
• The tablets should be taken everytime you consume meals that might have lactose/ dairy in it.
• Lactzym can also be chewed.

Ingredients:

• Active ingredient: Lactase 45mg per tablet.
• Other ingredients: Dextrose, sorbitol, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate.
