• Pendant Diameter: The pendant is available in your choice of a 5/8", 1", or 1 1/4" diameter.
  
• Pendant Weight: (5/8" pendant = 2.25g) (1" pendant = 5.25g) ( 1 1/4" = 8.5g)
• Chain Options: 18", 20", 24", & 30" double rope, rounded box, diamond cut rolo, and diamond cut bead chain options are available. All lengths and styles feature individually soldered links and secure with lobster clasps.
• Materials: The sterling silver used to create our pendant necklaces is 100% sourced in the USA and is created from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Our sterling silver pendant necklaces are both lead and nickel free making them a hypoallergenic choice for those with sensitive skin.
  
• Handcrafted in the USA: As a family-owned business, each sterling silver pendant is individually handcrafted in our Williamsburg, Virginia studio. We personally engrave, polish, and buff each pendant with careful attention to detail. 
  
• Proofs: A mock up of your design will be emailed for your review prior to production. We are pleased to make edits to the design based upon your feedback. Your pendant will be engraved upon approval of your design.
• Creation Timeline: Our current production time for custom personalized jewelry is approximately 1-2 days. During holiday seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) production timelines may increase.
• Gift Boxed: Packaged with care and gift boxed for presentation. Additional gift wrap options are available.
• Returns: Custom engraved items are created especially for you and are not eligible for return. For this reason we ask you to double check your design for proper capitalization, spelling errors, correct dates etc.
• Care: We suggest using a jewelry cleaning/polishing cloth to help your sterling silver jewelry maintain its original luster and brilliant shine. Liquid silver cleaners are not recommended as they may dull the finish and/or remove the antiquing from your sterling silver jewelry.
