New to our range of galvanised box grates, our Class D Heavy Duty Galvanised Box Grate is the perfect drop in solution that can be easily cut and joined on site to meet your requirements. 

We have 3 different sizes available:

Fully hot dip galvanised, these are available in stock with accessories such as end caps, joiners and outlets sold separately (please note the end cap to suit the 300mm x 200mm box grate is different to the standard end cap required for other box grates - please purchase end caps with your order from this product if required).

There is no cut out in the base for the outlet position allowing you to cut out its location wherever you require it. Please note: grates are all in 2 equal pieces, bolted down to the base and have buda.com.au tagging on each grate. Grates can be removed using an allen key. 

The grate is pedestrian and heelsafe* with 10mm gap between bars (*nominal 10mm gap - subject to manufacturing tolerances). 

Suitable for heavy traffic including pedestrians, cars, trucks and heavy trucks, suitable for use in industrial and commercial driveway applications.

Simple Steps to Install Box Grate:

• Attach the end caps with screws.
• Drill the bottom to fit the outlet and secure with screws.
• Set the drain above the pipe ready for concrete pour around the grate.
• Pour concrete!
