The USA PAN Rectangular Cake Pan provides home bakers with an easy way to make focaccia bread, cinnamon rolls, or layered desserts that bake evenly, release quickly and come out tasting great. Designed with square corners, this versatile pan allows you to create cakes or brownies with tidy edges that make your baked goods look extra polished. The pan surface is coated with AMERICOAT® coating, a nonstick silicone made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA, allowing you to easily release baked goods from the pan.

The pan features a unique, ridged texture that facilitates even air circulation & heat distribution.

Do not exceed 230°C. Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
