The in-Motion Pro Underarm Crutch Set is a premium ergonomic crutch solution designed for adults recovering from injury, surgery, or long-term mobility challenges who want a more comfortable and efficient alternative to traditional hospital crutches. Engineered to work with the body instead of against it, these advanced underarm crutches combine ergonomic comfort, shock-absorbing technology, and superior stability to help reduce fatigue and improve mobility throughout recovery.
Unlike conventional crutches that can cause wrist strain, nerve pressure, and underarm discomfort, the in-Motion Pro features contoured left- and right-specific ergonomic hand grips designed to keep wrists in a more natural position. Integrated Spring-Assist Technology helps absorb impact and return energy with each step to reduce fatigue, while Sure-Foot articulating crutch tips maintain better surface contact across a variety of terrains for greater stability and confidence. Lightweight yet heavy-duty, these foldable crutches provide portability without sacrificing durability, making them ideal for both short-term recovery and long-term daily use.

Traditional underarm crutches haven’t changed much in decades—and unfortunately, neither have the discomforts that come with them.
The in-Motion Pro Underarm Crutch was engineered to solve the biggest frustrations of standard crutches. Its contoured left- and right-specific ergonomic hand grips are angled to keep your wrists in a more natural position, helping reduce the wrist strain, nerve pressure, and discomfort commonly caused by straight hospital crutch handles.
Because the design works differently than conventional crutches, most users need a brief adjustment period—but many notice the comfort improvement within the very first hour.
This is exactly why physical therapists recommend them and professional athletes trust them for recovery.
Recovering on rigid crutches can be exhausting. The patented Spring Assist Technology built into the lower post helps absorb the impact of every step and returns energy forward to assist your movement, reducing upper body fatigue during longer recovery periods.
Unlike older spring-loaded crutches, the in-Motion Pro delivers a firm, controlled feel—not a bouncy ride—and operates much more quietly.
Additional comfort comes from the foam-padded underarm cradle, which helps reduce soreness and pressure throughout the day. If you’ve only used standard hospital crutches, the difference is noticeable almost immediately.
Standard fixed rubber crutch tips can slip, tilt, and lose contact on uneven surfaces.
The Sure-Foot articulating crutch tips are designed to pivot and adapt to the surface beneath you, maintaining approximately 75–100% ground contact for improved traction and stability.
Combined with the spring assist system, these tips help dramatically reduce the jarring impact that makes traditional crutches uncomfortable for all-day use.
Foldable, Portable & Travel Friendly
Unlike bulky hospital crutches, the in-Motion Pro folds in half within seconds without requiring you to readjust your height settings.
Its compact folding design makes storage and travel dramatically easier:
Backed by a 1-year parts and replacement warranty for added confidence.
Standard underarm crutches transfer the full shock of every step directly into your wrists, shoulders, and underarms. Over time, that repeated impact can lead to bruising, soreness, nerve irritation, and fatigue—making recovery harder than it should be. The in-Motion Pro was designed to eliminate those problems.
With patented spring-assisted shock absorption, ergonomic wrist-friendly grips, pressure-reducing underarm support, and articulating stability tips, these crutches help you move more naturally with less strain and greater comfort.
Whether you’re recovering from:
…the in-Motion Pro gives you premium support without the pain of traditional crutches.
Developed through 34 clinical studies and trusted by physical therapists nationwide.
