Description:

The most important and problematic work in the history of 60's rock, now on CD in monaural version! Mothers of Invention's second album, led by Frank Zappa, was reissued as a concept album with a seven-member band and divided into the first half and the second half (after M-8), but it is straightforward and offers a powerful sound cultivated through live performances. Although it is a problematic album that had to be put on hold for several months due to its immoral nature, it is a true masterpiece that is "simply put, easy to get into, yet Zappa's assertion comes through in a more radical form, just as the title implies, 'absolute freedom'". The bonus tracks are "Big Leg Emma" and "Why Don'tcha Do Me Right?", which were released in April 1967 prior to this album and were not included on the original album, and are also recorded in mono.
