In 1987, Pink Floyd resumed their activities, but Roger Waters did not join the band and continued as a solo artist, releasing his second solo album "Radio K.A.O.S." in 1987, and starting a limited tour of North America and England in August of the same year. Roger Waters' concert in Quebec, Canada on November 7 was recorded and broadcast as a special program on a local FM station for promotional purposes. This release is based on the audio tape of the program. The set list of the concert was edited due to the time constraints of the program, and only selected songs were recorded, but it is a collection of Pink Floyd's most popular songs with new arrangements, as well as their newest songs.The live performances are supported by veteran musicians such as Andy Fairweather Lowe, Mel Collins, and Paul Carrack, and the album offers a different taste of live performance from Pink Floyd's separate activities!
