She is the shapeshifter, the crow or raven flying over the battlefield, and the voice that calls us to recognise and claim our deepest strength. Fierce, independent, and unflinching, she embodies the raw, untamed energy of the land, the warrior, and the wise woman.

In Irish myth, The Morrigan is often associated with the Tuatha Dé Danann, a race of godlike beings, and she is known for her complex roles as prophet, warrior, and guide. She appears at the turning points of war and life, sometimes as a single figure, sometimes as part of a trio of sisters — often alongside Badb and Macha. She is a guardian of sovereignty, appearing to kings and warriors alike to test their worth, offering guidance, protection, or challenge depending on their integrity and courage.

One of her most well-known myths shows The Morrigan foretelling outcomes of battles and shaping destiny, reminding us that power and foresight come hand-in-hand. A skin-safe shimmering mica is added to reflect her dark warrior presence; when gently shaken, the oil comes alive with a subtle powerful swirl.
